MASTERPLAN
Bak Tulum’s Master Plan integrates the perfect simplicity of the Sacred Spiral, much like Tulum, which is located over an energy vortex. Spread over 9 hectares, it features 187 residential lots ranging from 160m2 to 250m2, four small apartment lots, three apartment pads and 2800m2 of wellness-inspired community spaces.
LOTS
The Bak Tulum layout’s design can maximize feelings of community while preserving front and back jungle views. Your design footprint provides 5 meters of tree coverage in front of your house and another 3 meters behind. All lots will also enjoy 5-meter-wide, tree-filled meridians along each street. Lots that back up to other residential lots will have 6 meters of obligatory green space between homes, while other lots back up to lush common space areas.
LIVING
Residential lots in Bak Tulum can accommodate homes of 200m2 to 450m2. This could include a Jungle Cabin pied-a-terre, two-bedroom Tree House or spacious three to four- bedroom homes. Permitting up to 12m in height, all homes can easily incorporate terraces, roof gardens, pools and cost effective solar panels into their design. Lots easily accommodate one car, but FYI, everything in Tulum is accessible by bike and all residents will be gifted one for free.
